I went to Victoria to get my eyebrows fixed after getting a terrible eyebrow threading job at the Brisbane Arcade. There was a very big visible patch on my right brow from the lady who threaded my eyebrows unevenly after having specifically asked to make them even. Victoria was very sympathetic and understanding about my situation as well as sanitary with everything. She washed her hands AND followed up with hand sanitizer after she touched my hair and then again after she measured up my brow lines. She's very precise and has great attention to detail. She saved my eyebrows and I left as a very happy customer as usual! I get 2D lashes done with her and definitely switching to getting my brows waxed by her instead of getting them threaded. When it comes to beauty, she's the person to go to without a doubt.

What an indulgent experience!! I was a bit hesitant to get anything done as this was the first time I have had a lash treatment (lash lift and tint) and I have to say the results are incredible! Victoria went above and beyond to ensure I was super comfortable, educated and fully informed of my lash lift and tint process. My lashes are looking amazing (without even using mascara, with mascara is just wow) and still just as healthy as before. Victoria has given me the perfect lashes without needing extensions or falsies. Couldn’t rate her highly enough! Going back for brows now, I’m hooked!
